October is Pregnancy and infant loss awareness month. Navigating loss, no matter what the nature is hard. Quite frankly-it sucks! How can you be there for yourself? Self care, prayer, meditation, journaling, listening to music, hugging your spouse. They need you too! If you have older children or any child in your family who experienced this loss with you, check on them. Remember to be a blessing to someone today, even if that someone is you. -Vanessa L. Walsh π
